UrAI stores demo request information in AWS DynamoDB, using:

• Encryption at rest (AWS managed encryption)

• IAM least privilege access controls

• No storage of Personal Data in application logs

Only authorized UrAI personnel may access this information.

5. Data Retention

UrAI retains Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.

• Demo request submissions are retained for up to 30 days unless you schedule a demo.
• If a demo is scheduled, your information may be retained for the duration of the sales and customer engagement cycle.
• You may request deletion at any time.
